learn about is the free add-on that allows you to create PDF files.

It’s available from Microsoft at no cost. To download
the PDF Writer, click here.

Once the PDF Writer is  installed on your system, using it is
a snap. Simply click the Office Button, select Save As, then PDF or
XPS.
