What is your process?
  1. Complete the order form and fax it to our office.
  2. Email us your logo (at least 300 dpi).
  3. We will send you a draft brochure within 2 business days.
  4. After you approve the draft, we'll send the order to the printer.
  5. You will receive your order within 2 weeks.


What is your turnaround time?
Since we personalize each shipment with your logo and print to order, you will receive your brochures 2 weeks after you approve the final draft.

How do you accept payment?
We accept payment via Check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or PayPal (email: jackie@close-more-loans.com).

What if the broker down the street orders the same brochures?
First of all, we haven't had this happen. Unlike other companies, however, we aren't just in this just to make a sale - – we want your marketing to be successful. We keep track of who orders our brochures, and are more than willing to make slight changes to the brochures if we notice someone in your area has ordered the same titles.

Do we own the content in the brochures, i.e., can we reuse it in our marketing?

The content is exclusively owned by our company (PCC, LLC) and can only be used in the brochures. In other words, when you order the brochures, you agree that we retain ownership of the content. This helps keep the prices of the brochures affordable. If you are interested in content that you can re-use, please contact us about our ghost writing services.
